Closure of East Brent Play Area Entrance
The entrance to the East Brent play area, located opposite the telephone box, has been temporarily closed due to Health & Safety concerns. This decision was made in light of the poor condition of the bridge leading to the play area.
We have reported this issue to Somerset Council on July 22, 2025, as they are responsible for the maintenance and safety of the bridge. We are actively following up to ensure that necessary actions are taken promptly.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time. The safety of our community is our top priority, and we will keep you updated on any developments regarding the reopening of the play area.
